I would recommend the Statler Chicken Breast. All the good skin plus bone of the wing, but the breast is boneless!

Pancetta, Goat Cheese, Tomato, Fresh Parsley, and a fig/ olive tapanade. 
All on a fresh baked seasame bagel. 
Man it was good.

Grilled up some chicken sausage tonight with the neighbors, they were good. But I liked the Applegate Farms all natural beef franks better. 

Harvest time Redux

It is that time of year when the switch of fresh produce is upon us.
Lot of good things come out of the ground this time of year, but in some ways I am happy it is always summer in Mexico. That might sound not very act local think global of me, but I like avocados and I live in Vermont. Whadda am I supposed to do, just eat maple products?
